Our Fairmont City medical group location provides Family Medicine services.

Our small, close-knit staff takes pride in serving the individuals of this community. We provide our patients with access to care where their health needs can be truly heard, as most of our staff is bilingual. Our health center is in walking distance for most patients, and they appreciate the fact that they feel at home here.

Fairmont City is a very small community, and in times of need, everyone comes together and helps one another. We have resources available to help the less fortunate, and we are so grateful to have that opportunity to serve the needs of those that call Fairmont home. That is why we are here, to offer care and support.
