SIHF Healthcare to Relocate Three Belleville Health Centers: Entering O’Fallon Market with Location within HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital
SIHF Healthcare, formerly Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, announced today that it will relocate three of its Belleville-based health centers. Two of them, known formerly as Belleville Family Health Center and Primetime of Belleville, will remain steps away from the previous location, while the third will move to the new HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon. Each center’s new address, and move date is as follows:
On Nov. 6, 2017, SIHF Healthcare, formerly Belleville Family Health Center, located at 180 S. Third Street, Suite 300 will move to 3 St. Elizabeth’s Boulevard, Suite 4000, O’Fallon, IL 62269, within the new HSHS St. Elizabeth’s campus.
Effective Oct. 30, 2017, SIHF Healthcare, formerly Belleville Family Health Center, located at 180 S. Third Street, Suite 103, will move to Suite 104 at the same street address.
Effective Oct. 30, 2017, SIHF Convenient Care Center, formerly Primetime of Belleville, located at 211 S. Third Street, Suite 2304 within HSHS St. Elizabeth's in Belleville will move to 180 S. Third Street, Suite 103, Belleville, IL 62221.

The new O’Fallon health center location will continue to provide Family Medicine and Behavioral Health services to children and adults. SIHF Healthcare’s partnership with HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, St. Louis University School of Medicine and Scott Air Force Base enables the center to continue the long-term relationship for a very successful family medicine residency. This health center will remain a staple for teaching and access in the community by providing a full spectrum of medical care.
