Nurse Practitioner Joins SIHF Healthcare in Salem
SIHF Healthcare is pleased to announce that Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Sara McKinzie, FNP-C, WHNP-BC, has joined our health care practice located at 1275 Hawthorn Road in Salem.
Sara is joining us from having previously worked at Salem Township Hospital's Urgent Care. She completed her Master of Nursing in Women’s Health and Post Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner at Frontier Nursing University and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She is currently accepting new patients in Salem, and appointments may be scheduled by calling (618) 548-4545.
