Family Nurse Practitioner Malissa Weber Joins SIHF Healthcare in Millstadt, Ill.
SIHF Healthcare is pleased to announce Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) Malissa Weber has joined its team at 60 Regency Place in Millstadt.
“My goal is to build trusting relationships with my patients, so we can work together to achieve their health goals,” says Weber. “I look forward to developing individual patient-care plans so every patient I see can improve their overall health and well-being.”
Weber grew up and attended school in Mascoutah, Ill. and has lived in Freeburg for the past 18-years. She completed both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing at Chamberlain University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and of the St. Louis Nurses in Advanced Practice.
She is currently accepting new family medicine patients in Millstadt and appointments may be scheduled by calling (618) 476-3373.
