Support Programs Offer Treatment, Education and Outreach for All

SIHF Healthcare also offers a number of programs that provide additional care and referrals to those patients who need help the most:

  • Ryan White Part C Program - HIV Case Managers help patients navigate their healthcare and insurance options. They also coordinate referrals to other services with the compassion and privacy every person deserves.
  • Healthy Start - Healthy Start improves birth outcomes by addressing issues of infant mortality and low birth weight in St. Clair County. Case managers provide expectant moms with health education, free parenting classes, Medicaid enrollment assistance, and more.
  • HealthWorks - SIHF Healthcare is the lead agency for HealthWorks of Illinois in seven counties. We help ensure children in the foster care system receive consistent, quality healthcare for as long as they are in care.
  • Fetal and Infant Mortality Review The Fetal and Infant Mortality Review (FIMR) program is a joint effort of local, state, and national organizations to improve the health and well-being of mothers and infants and to reduce the number of infant deaths. This is done by interviewing families who have had a loss to learn from their experiences what can be done to prevent future infant deaths.

Quality care in your community is just a phone call away! Schedule your appointment with SIHF Healthcare by searching for your local health center or by locating your healthcare provider by specialty.
