Through a unique partnership with the SIUE School of Pharmacy, Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation (SIHF) provides a Pharmacy Outreach Program. The goal of this program is to help patients better manage diabetes through access to specially tailored medication regimens, counseling, and disease education. Patients who join this program have the opportunity to seek expert advice on safe and effective use of prescription drugs at SIHF clinics. Patients are also directed toward affordable and discounted prescription drugs. Please note that prescription medications are not dispersed at any SIHF site.
