Behavioral Health

Behavioral health (also called Psychiatry, mental health, and mental therapy) is a service that Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation is proud to bring to our communities. The National Institute of Mental Health estimates that nearly 1 in 4 American adults over the age of 18 suffer from a mental disorder. Our staff includes Psychiatrists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers who specialize in treating behavioral disorders of the human brain. Our behavioral health locations accept most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid, as well as an affordable sliding fee payment for our patients who are not medically insured. Both individual and group therapy sessions are available.
